The mentoring program is a great opportunity to expand your professional experience and pass on knowledge.

The PRAM Central Mentoring Program is a voluntary, formal process involving mentors and mentees paired by the PRAM Central board. Its purpose is to provide opportunities for PRAM Central members to engage in continuous learning by partnering with those whose perspective and experience can enhance their understanding of business, cultural or technical issues. Mentoring enhances professional development and personal growth for both mentee and mentor.
